Where to even begin here. . . ugh! First we have a subject-verb agreement issue. The sentence should say "There ARE a limited number of tickets" since tickets is plural. Second, the last part of the phrase should be "first come, first served" since this is technically ellipsis for the longer phrase "those who are the first to come will be the first to be served."
The pain is starting to get to me.
